Oak floor crowning and dust-free sanding

This oak floor at The Rhynd in Perthshire had suffered from crowning due to a historic damp problem.

We started by taking temperature and moisture test meter readings, which were well within range.

Then we levelled the floor, by sanding off the crowning, and filling it.

Finally we used Pallmann two-part Magic Oil resulting in an exceptional, easily maintained, oiled floor.
