We were already working with our client on a bigger job when they asked us to look at the tiles at the entrance the their property.

We cleaned the tiles and grout using a rotary machine in conjunction with a wet vacuum.

The floors were then neutralised and thoroughly dried with a whole room dryer.

Due to the age of the property and the likelihood of moisture rising from the questionable substrate, we advised the client not to use a stone sealer for protection. Rather we recommended a floor wax that would allow the floor to breath while offer protection. This also gave the client the option of topping up the wax in future years as part of an ongoing maintenance package.
