In preparation for a photo shoot to celebrate the re opening of The Ivy in Glasgow, The citrus team were asked in to key and Lacquer 240 square meters of newly laid wooden floors. On arrival at 5pm there were still 30 trades people working on site and about 50 staff still being trained on the extensive wine list. The Citrus team were able to prioritise and cordon off areas and despite the challenges, were able to complete the job successfully by 2am, ready for the photo shoot the following morning.
